Review content:
I live 30 minutes from Godfrey and being without a car is no small task, as most people know. When I dropped my car off at Freer, I heard nothing back for 4.5 hours so I called them and was told someone would call me back. I waited by the phone, no call. The following day I called back and was told they'd left me a message the day before. Whether they did and called the wrong number, I don't know but I gave them the benefit of the doubt however, I wondered why they thought a customer would intentionally not call them back for 24 hrs if they had left a message. The only information I received was when I called them, otherwise they offered nothing. In the end, they kept my car 4 full days and charged me $600 which I was told MANY TIMES by the woman with a smirky smile at the front desk, Margaret, was such a good deal. Sort of like having all your teeth knocked out and someone singing praises for how wonderful it will be to use straws the rest of your life. No communication, overcharged services and extreme thoughtlessness. Not only will I not return, I will spread the word.
