I've been to virtually all of the ""high profile"" Thai restaurants in Portland and Dok Champa is at the top of the list for food and service. The curries and rice dishes are fantastic and you can customize anything on the menu. The ambiance is nothing extraordinary (it is in a business park) but Vee (the owner) keeps the place spotless. It is a ""must stop"" restaurant if you are in Vancouver and want to try excellently prepared, flavorful Thai food. Pros: food, service
