The title sounds a little harsh, but let me explain. Dr. Lovett is a fairly good doctor. Initially I had a very high regard for her, then that regard cooled off a bit. She was the doctor who oversaw my newborn son's care at the hospital when he was admitted to the NICU for infant reflux; we continued seeing her at her private practice after he was released. Over the long term, she didn't really ""solve"" or help his reflux issues much -- I made more headway through research and trial and error on my own, which is why my regard lessened. We stuck it out with her for a little while longer, though, and I don't regret staying for the time we did. She does have a good demeanor with children and is concerned about their well-being. My son eventually outgrew most of the issues related to having reflux. The nurses in the practice are hit-or-miss. Reba is great and is willing to help you. Kudos to her. Dana...... leaves so much more to be desired. I'll leave it at that. Overall, if this location is convenient to you and your child(ren) doesn't or don't have too many medical issues, it's a fine place to go to. If this is not the case, look elsewhere. Pros: Easy to contact, helpful nurse Cons: Occasional long waits, record transfers don't happen on time
