I called these guys a day in adavance to make an appointment, they gave me a window of a few hours, they showed up HOURS after the window. I had them clear several drains and a received a written gaurantee. IT WAS WORTHLESS!! The drain was clogged within a fews days, so I called them back. Again I called a day in advance to make the appointment. I had a 10am appointment, they showed up at 6:30-7pm!! NOW FOR THE BEST PART, they claimed it was extra to clear the SAME PIPE they cleared before...why? Because they claim they cleared in the other direction... Sounds good doesn't it. One problem, I watch them clear it the first time. IT WAS THE SAME PIPE IN THESAME DIRECTION!!! They walked out without fixing the problem.... I believe they put us off all day because it was gaurantee work and then tried to find a way to make us pay again! DO YOU WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR SEWERS?
