My son WAS a patient for TMJ. We paid thousands out of picket for corrective appliances. That was 3 years ago. My son recently started as a college freshman down in D.C.. The initial stress caused his jaw to lock twice in the last 2 weeks. We called Dr Gelb for emergency advice on how my son could get his jaw to unlock as he had a big test last Thursday. We also wanted a local referral for near his school.
His nurse said Dr. Gelb would call right back. Two days later after us calling multiple times, still no call back! Very simply, Gelb got his money and could care less about his patients. You can certainly do better than that kind of doctor.
