I would like to take this moment to thank the entire office staff and work crew who worked on our claim. \r
I have tried to make sure I personally thanked each and every member who worked with us on this job but if I have left anyone out I would like to make sure you all know how greatly I appreciate all of your hard work, committment and patience during this clean up project.\r
I can not speak highly enough of the clean up crew from the very first night with Mr. Pat and the young men that were with him. I never felt so taken care of and supported by a company ever! \r
I can not say enough about the character of each and every employee and how they were there to help the entire time, not just the first few days but the entire length of the project!\r
This was a stressful time, Christmas & company arriving the night of the flood, and a party had to be canceled - quite a bit of stress for the tenants and myself, but thankfully it was only a flood and no one was hurt, and things got taken care of... \r
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for your wonderful supportive employees and for all the hard work especially during the craziness of that first night clean up and throughout all the restoration/decision making. \r
Without a doubt I would highly recommend your company to anyone especially in an emergency situation. \r
