I bought 2 Groupons for pedicures in April (1 for me and 1 as a gift) and called several times to schedule an appointment for a pedicure but they never had any availability because they only have 2 technicians. I tried calling in August to schedule an appt in Oct but was told they don't set appts more than 30 days in advance and was advised to call exactly 30 days before the date I desired. I set an alarm on my calendar and when I called in I was told they were already booked with 'regulars'! If they were 'regulars' then seems they would have known this in advance. The receptionist was rude and when I said I would contact Groupon about a refund she said, ""Ok"" and hung up on me. \r

Also, my friend was never able to get an appointment either so I requested both vouchers be refunded. I think the receptionist was unprofessional and it's not good business to sell vouchers if you don't have adequate staff to accomodate. I will take my business elsewhere!
