Businiess name:  Waldameer Park & Water World

Review content:
I recommend Waldameer, my kids love it there and there are just enough rides to get through for a day. The food is carnival style but to be expected and one day of splurging on unhealthy food now and again is ok IMHO :) It is a bit pricey as well. $20 for a pizza and $6 for some french fries. The kids that work there are pretty respectful and patient for the most part, but there never do seem to be enough of them in the 'kiddie' ride area. Thank goodness my kids are a bit big for it in the back there anymore. One thing about the park is that i will not go to the water park. I dont think its worth the extra cost unless you rarely get the chance to get in a pool. I think its rather dirty and crowded for what it is. I would much rather go down the street to the peninsula. The little shows are definitely a bonus, too bad they dont put a bit more effort into them. They could really be great! I have heard through the local grapevine that the kids have to pay for their own costumes and coreograph themselves. The owner should take charge and hire someone, I think. The cost would be minimal (i think - im not in the industry) but the shows quality would improve by leaps & bounds. Pros: nice little park! Cons: dirty water, cost of food
