This store has horrible customer service! I was purchasing some beads for my class to make a father's day key chain. The beads were clearly marked by store signs that said ""30% off jewelry making beads"", but when I purchased them they did not ring up on sale. I was informed that because they did not ring up on the computer as being on sale, they were not on sale. Even speaking to a manager about why jewelry making beads were not on sale when the sign clearly says jewelry making beads, was only explained by placing blame on someone else (the people in Ohio). What manager solves a false advertising situation like this? Apparently computers never make mistakes.
