I have dealt with this tire shop several times and i have had non stop issues with the nederland department...\r

. The beaumont store is by far the best store i have ever dealt with and ive had enough issues to take my business elsewhere....\r

I had ordered a simple tire nothing fancy for my vechile from the nederland store two weeks ago and still has not made it into the store from houston warehouse...seriously how long does it take to get a tire 60 miles and everytime i have called the store the guy named johny there who is a sarcastic smartass had told me several times that when the tire comes in that ill be the first to know..... your telling me you can call or check the inventory and see when the tire is supposed to be delivered i have ended up calling discount tire and had the same brand/size tire delivered the next day.\r

hey also lost my 2 of my lugnuts after checking my spare when i got home and the 2 lugnuts that were on the vechile were on there backwards my 10 year old niece can put a tire on and figure out which way the lugnuts go on id have a better chance of giving monkeys a socket to get the tire off and on\r
im not whatsoever impressed with their service or staff \r

i would not recommend at all anyone taking their vechile to the nederland department now the beaumont department i have had non stop outstanding work quality from their workers\r

they did make a mistake on one of my old vechile tires a while back they replaced both for free no charge and gave my vechile a re-allignment at no cost --Beaumont location\r

The nederland store is by far a tragedy in the making and still continues to let me down i would gladly drive the 20+ miles to the beaumont store than deal with these rejects\r

i had to drive on a donut for 2 weeks and i still havent got the tire in that they ordered.\r
not to mention their mechanic is a joke\r
told me i needed a oil change and a new air filter......rewind 3 days i just had the oil changed and the air filter and distributor cap replaced bunch of damn crooks
