Just a simple advise to all those who are considering this place to get well for any reason ""Anywhere but here"". The services that are offered by this Health care center are just not up to the standards........ they are lousy, lack the dedication and just minimal (don't be impressed by its shiny ambience.......... wait untill you raise your concern and are told that you are the person that should pack your bags and leave.......... obviously backed by the documentation that you are a problem to the facility and tagged as a threat to the staff or worse.............. aggressive and/or demented). There are multiple problems (error in medication dispensing to the residents, residents are a bit too often given a sleep aids so that they are always sleeping and not causing problems or nagging around......... also don't forget to ask about the number of falls in the facility and what they do to take ownership...they would tell you the will call 911, of course U will pay the bill). Also since they call 911 for every minute problem they are incapable of treating the trauma or even a simple fall and if if you have a major problem then the response time of 911 is delayed because they are up on the hill so both ways you are the one at loss. The administration will impose N number of bills on the residents unless the resident or the family members are smart enough to trace them. The Administrator is the primary composer of the songs that the whole center would sing in case there is an inspection/or a query by the resident or when the inspection department is involved. She has this philosophy for everyone in the health care center ""My way or the hIgh way"" Always have excuse and is very defensive. To conclude it was a terrible mistake to put my family member under the care of these sorcerers............ and losing them for ever but still if you are insane enough to do so make sure that you are a nosy person & detailed oriented.
