Businiess name:  First Coast Car Wash

Review content:
First of of all this car wash doesn't work if your car is dirty. I ran my car through it for their 'best wash ar $9'. The attendant looked at my car and apologized that it didn't clean it. He was powerless to do anything so he called his manager Paul. They had an on-site manual car wash that I suggested they let me use so that I could wash the car by hand and then run it through the 'touchless' system again to rinse and dry. No, he wouldn't do that. He said he had another car wash a few miles away. I said fine give me the address and I'll key it into my navigation system. he said he didn't know the address, but the attendant would give me directions and Paul would meet me there. I followed the sketchy directions and found another touchless system with no one around. Not wanting to kill my entire morning, I drove back to the original car wash. I put another $5 into the manual car wash and washed the car myself, intending to run the car through the touchless system again to rinse and dry. I drove up to the touchless system, the attendant had no power to let me run my car through again. I gave him my credit card again (Now with the F*Bomb profanity) thinking that Paul would refund all of my extra money. The attendant now made a Huge issue of the profanity. I let him settle down until he accepted the credit card again. - Now I have $23 into this car wash that I did myself. When I drove out the second time. The drying system did not work at all. The car was dripping wet, despite having the blow dryer on it. By the time I got the car wash done the second time, Paul showed up and was interested in defending himself and his car wash. I asked him if he intended to refund any of my money. He said no, he said it my choice to run the car through 2nd time and that I should have to pay. Actually, my choice was to get my car cleaned once for $9 in 10 minutes. This was all Paul's Fault, but I could see that he was not a reasonable man. In fact his posture looked threatening. Not wasting any more time I left and decided to write this review. Not only does this car wash not work, But the Manager or Owner - Paul was rude and offered Zero Customer service. I would give this car Wash an ""F"" rather than 1 star, but this was not offered in this review. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CAR WASH Kevin
