Review content:
I rented a car from this business this past Sunday. The two Indian owners were rude, unethical and completely unaware of what 'customer service' means. They are ignorant and silly people. I have rented with this business before but after this experience I will never rent or refer people to their business again. I don't understand businesses that do not understand how to treat customers. They think that mistreating one customer doesn't matter. But what they don't realize is that if you keep mistreating customer after customer, those customers will go on and spread how bad of an experience they had and it will be like a domino effect.
Just try and rent a car from this place and you'll see how they don't smile, say thank you or greet you in any way and moreover, they will stick you for anything they can get.
