Here are the facts: I have had an ongoing issue with a neighbor who smokes an exorbitant amount of weed. This has been going on for almost a year. During that time, the office said ""there is nothing we can do."" Finally around Christmas I asked, really, there is nothing you can do?"" To which the reply was laughing saying, its like cigarettes, and we can't tell someone to not smoke cigarettes. Really? Pot is like cigarettes, interesting. Now that the owner is involved I have seen some progress. I really hope that after a year of ""there is nothing we can do"" something will be done. If this was a maintenance issue, yes it would have been fixed already. Overall, I can't give a positive review for this place, I wish I could because they would pay me $5. The big rocks around the complex are obnoxious and residents back into the larger ones (I have seen it have a few times), so be careful of the annoying rocks if you move here.
