me and my husband had problems with our food that we ordered for take out. a month after we finnaly recieved our credit that was mailed to us. we then called and ordered our take out again, big mistake! we recieved frozen lasagna, it reminded me of a tv dinner! my manicotti was so small and again it reminded me of a tv dinner! the only differance was it was not frozen! my phone call to the manager was pointless and a waste of my time ! we were told there was nothing they could do and that their customers like frozen take out! they have terrible customer service and their food is less than good. the sauce was sour and i was very disapointed by our meals and the fact that the staff would not let us get something else ! frozen take out is not something that an italian resturant should serve as take out and expect that people should be happy with. i would never eat at this resturant and i would really reccomend that people not waste their time going there and if they do , dont expect very much!
