Review content:
I hated the terrible and less than professional attitude by the hotel staff. They were very rude to us and took no responsibility and showed no compassion when our car was stolen from their parking lot. The people at the front desk are of Indian decent and upon observing their demeanor by sitting in the lobby for several hours I say without reservation that when an Indian customer came to the front desk they were all smiles. When a person of non-Indian decent showed up they were very rude. They were also very rude to customers on the phone. I realize that all Howard Johnson hotels are privately owned however Wyndam needs to seriously review the lack of proffesionalism by their hotel staff. Upon further visual inspection of the property there is no safety on the perimeter of the buiding. All of the exterior doors to the hotel either have no lock at all or can be easily opened by just pulling very hard. I guess since the staff have no vested interest in anything except getting a paycheck they really could care less about the comfort and more importantly safety of their guests. Stay here if you dare at your own risk. I hope our misfortune and sharing it here can help others to not have to go through what we went through. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! \r \r
