I've been on the HOA Board of Directors at Glenarm Townhomes in Pasadena for over 5 years now, and have nothing but good things to say about LB Property Management. We were working with another property management firm for the first 2 years and they were unresponsive, never proactive and darn right lazy. We switched to LB 3 years ago and have been overwhelmed by the attention we've received. Michael McLeod is our LB rep and is incredibly proactive on items we're not even thinking about and very reactive on items we need his help with. He just gets stuff done...just what you want out of a property management rep. I highly recommend LB Property Management, and also highly recommend you ask for Michael to manage your HOA.
