I needed tint on my new two-door vehicle and used these guys to save a little money. While they may know car audio, they don't know much about window tint. I didn't receive any help with tint shades or advice on how it would look. I had 30% put on my front windows and 15% put on my rear. Since I have a red car with a black interior, the tint shows much darker than I expected. I decided to pay them to re-tint the rear windows with 30%. They charged me $50.00 to re-tint the little triangle windows, but quoted me $270.00 to do the triangles and rear window. Keep in mind that the original tint job was only $180.00. I found their quote exorbitant to say the least. I had them fix the triangle windows for $50.00, but left the rear window. I wish I'd thought quicker as I wouldn't have spent another penny with them. \r \r I take full responsibility for my bad decisions, but I thought they could be more reasonable to keep a customer satisfied. I would have been happy to pay a bill to fix it, but $270.00, get real! \r \r If you need car audio work done, you should consider the other negative reviews. While I can't comment on their audio work, I urge everyone to take their new cars to dedicated tint shops (Sunbusters and Sun Tint come to mind). You'll be better served taking your vehicle to people that really know tint and can help quide you to the look you want. \r \r The funny thing is that I was prepared to use this place for my future stereo needs. Now they have a bad review, lost a $1000.00 audio job and I'll make sure that none of my friends, family or associates use this company. I can't believe they do business this way in such a tough economy.
