Businiess name:  The Summit Apartments

Review content:
Summit wants you to believe they are a ""high end"" apartment complex but they are not. The rent for a 2 bedroom in over $900 and what do you get for your money. You get ancient applicances and kitchen cabinets. WoooWhoo they put in new tile floors (or so we were told), the tile floors are actually good old linoleum. Oh yea and what about the extra wide wood blinds that we were told about...they only look similar to wood. What a rip off. There are nicer apartments for about the same money closer to the ocean Baypoint comes to mind.\r I have also overheard conversations in the office of people moving out and being dinged for everything when they move out. You should see the check list for when you move out. If the apartment is not pristine you are going to owe them lots of money. \r \r On the upside it is well maintained and most of the time if you have a complaint it is addressed. Not enough ups to out weigh the downs. \r \r Sorry Sumitt you suck! Pros: washer and dryer hook up, decent patios, close to everything Cons: to much money for what you get
