This establishment is getting one star from me and that's only because a rating is required to publish a review. If it were up to me, they would get ZERO stars!! My husband and I were running short on cash, so I took my BRAND NEW (bought in December) Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet in to pawn for some extra cash. We paid over $100 for it just 2 months earlier. The guy at the counter, who by the way was not very excited about his job apparently, told us that he couldn't take it because "" these things go out as soon as they are in "" and that he had just ordered 4 bigger and better ones for $40. He asked if we had anything else to give him because "" he really wanted to loan us some money"". So, my husband showed him his $100+ gorgeous Marc Ecko watch. He said he couldn't take it either because it's stainless steel. How ridiculous!?!?! We will definitely NOT be going back EVER! I don't care how desperately we need the money. We left there and went to EZ Pawn on Nasa Rd. 1 and they were more than happy to help us out. The guy behind the counter there was very pleasant and polite. AND, get this: my nook wasn't old to them. In fact, they said it was so new that they didn't even have it in their system yet. So, if you need a loan, don't bother with E-Z Loans and Jewelry, just go down Nasa Rd. 1 to EZ Pawn.
