Just received a gift card to Alpha and Omega for my birthday and I was hoping that I could do my shopping on-line because I vowed I would never go to that store again. My husband was looking for a large print Bible we not only did not get any help from the staff, we actually felt like we were interupting their day asking questions. Unlike the previous writer, we didn't even get a ""God bless you"" as we left. We found the sales staff to be unwelcoming, unhelpful, and haughty. But given that I need to use my gift card, I guess I will have to suck it up and go there one more time.
