Review content:
I moved to Franklin in December 2008 and have tried to identify businesses that I can patronize on a regular basis because of their good service. I want to spend my money where it's welcome. I like True Value and had a good one down in Germantown, TN. So when I located the True Value in Franklin, TN, I tried it out. The first time, I wanted to refill a propane tank. I notified the checkout person that I wanted to get a tank refilled and was told the someone would be right out. I waited by the large tank for approx. 5 minutes, but no one showed up. I walked back into the store and asked for help again and wait by the tank again. Still no one showed up. Finnally another guy who was also waiting got upset and went back into the building and complained. Finally, some showed up but was rude and complaining about him being the only one who could fill tanks.\r

My second refill experience was a little better. \r

My third refill visit to the store was close to the first experience. I decided to notify the manager about their service problems and the store owner got on the phone. I only hoped to inform them so they could improve. I barley got anything out of my mouth when the owner said ""What do you want; we're really busy around here."" I told her what had happened and refused to accept anything from them. Getting something free wasn't my purpose. Considering how the owner spoke to me over the phone, I see where their poor customer service issues originate. I'm done with this store.
Pros: Never identifed any
Cons: Poor Service
