I have had Innovative Home Theaters (IHT) install several different systems in my house over the past few years, and everytime I am overwhelmed by the quality of their work. From the inital design and planning, all the way through the installation, they are the most professional and knowledgeable team I have ever worked with. I installed a home theater about 2 years ago, and it turned out wonderful (my friends constantly compliment the picture/sound as well as the beatiful room). The next year I had them install a full Home Control system that manages my Distributed Audio, Lighting Control, Thermostats, Security System, and Surveillance Cameras. The system has worked flawlessly, and truly makes our home easy to manage (especially the large amount of lights in the house). Then just 6 months ago, I had them install a very High-End 2-channel listening system that is simply amazing. It was really nice that they had these high-end systems on display in their (beautiful) showroom so that I could get a feel for 2-channel before deciding to make the purchase. \r

After reading the last gentlemans comments, I wanted to specifically mention that their follow up service has been excellent. Anytime that I have needed them to come out, they have been very speedy with their return trips, and are always able to quickly resolve any issues, as well as provide a reason for the issue (which was usually my own fault). Their installers are incredibly friendly, and do a better job cleaning up than my own cleaning lady! \r

I have recommended IHT to several of my close friends, and they have always treated them with the same high level of service. If you are in the market for any electronic systems for your home, I would certainly recommend that you call IHT as well.
