I have nothing bad to say about this company in terms of all the steps leading up to the installation of the theater room. However, I've had multiple instances over the 4 yrs since that installation in which they have not provided that same 5 star service when it comes time to stand behind their products. They are NOT customer service oriented to the degree that one would expect when spending as much $ on a theater room as some houses cost. Incredibly the quibbles I've had with them amount to a $200 electical box repair and a $100 service call on my universal remote in which they wouldn't stand behind their work. I say incredible because I've spent $100k with this company between my theater room and the video surveillance system.
Pros: Quality products, beautiful theater designs
Cons: Less than 5 star service after the sale
