This is, by the far, the nicest, friendliest and most helpful bridal store I have ever been to. Fantastic customer service. Every single time I called (even before I made an appointment with them), they were always extremely polite, friendly, helpful and willing to look up prices/style numbers, etc. They are located in a lovely part of Austin, and have a very nice selection of designers at reasonable prices (good range of prices too). The store itself is clean, open, spacious and, in general, offers a very nice, inviting atmosphere. Even though I went on a busy Saturday morning, I was very well taken care of. Lauren is awesome! I was given a full two hours of undivided attention. I was never, in any way, pressured to like or buy a dress there. They never assumed that I should buy my dress there just because I was trying them on - only if I found one I really loved. They helped me into all the dresses (they take good care of their gowns! None of them are tattered or wrinkled or anything), offered me shoes, accessories, broaches, veils, ribbons and more to try on with my top favorites so I could see all the ways to individualize the gowns. But I was never pressured to buy any of that stuff. They were upfront and told me prices on the dresses I was interested in right away so I always felt in the loop about the gowns. I seriously have never been treated so well at a dress store and I have probably been in about 20 of them in several different states. I cannot recommend Signature Bridal highly enough. I was extremely impressed and truly felt like they listened to what I liked/didn't like without any pressure or judging and it was really nice to have someone completely devoted to helping me for as long as I needed it. Great shop, great atmosphere, great selection, and great customer service! Pros: Fantastic customer service, friendly, relaxed, helpful Cons: None. My experience was unbelievable!
