Tom with the Fence Man was on time and very efficient when it came time for getting the estimate and quote for replacing our fence . When it came time to do the job his crew did not show up as planned , \r
they quit . That in itself upset the neighbors because they had dogs they needed to find another area for \r
their dogs . The crew did come out a week later to do the job . Tom did offer to replace a gate if we only \r
paid for the wood slats . I have made lots of phone calls to his cell phone and office phone and he has respondes once saying HE would be out the next day 6/2/07 . Still havent seen him or recieved a phone call to let us know what to expect or not not to expect .
Pros: He was on time for appt .
Cons: His crew quit , job postponed for a week
