Review content:
We continue to patronize Midwest because of the excellent service Midwest provides. In 2004 we had them replace our 30+ year old furnace with a new Bryant Furnace. Since that time we have used their service contract to check heating and cooling two times per year. In 2011 Midwest replaced the original 30+ year old thermostat. With each visit we appreciate that: they do not pressure us to purchase anything; they are polite, prompt, efficient, and well-trained; and very importantly, Midwest personnel are honest and fair.
