Review content:
I have been going to this salon for a while. However, I just got one of the worst hair cut experience in my life today. Stay away from a stylist named Charise!!! She claimed to have 10 years of experience but I don't think she has what it takes to charge $45 per hair cut. When she's cutting my hair, I felt she's pulling my hair out on every stroke. When she's using the clipper on my hairline at the back, I felt she's trying to cut my neck off - it did leave red marks on my skin, and it burnt when I was shampooing. When it comes to getting the style right, she's criticizing me for not being able to articulate what I want. Finally, it's the attitude problem - she asked me to just pay and leave. I did promise her that I would never, ever want her to touch my hair again!!! \r
