Review content:
I unfortunately had to deal with this company recently when my car was towed. I went into the office and the person at the counter (representing the business) was rude and using smart comments like ""Oh well"" and ""Too bad"". Apparently the guy had only worked there for about four months...I know if I didn't know my job in four months I would have been fired. \r

I also asked for any type of proof as to why my car was towed. The representative then told me they take pictures with a stamped time and I was able to receive it on Monday. Then the other worker told me I had to get a lawyer to retain a copy. What kind of business doesn't make all of their workers know the policy?!!!!! Can you say SCAM???!!!!!!! So I finally asked for the owner after being fed BS for quite sometime and what do you know....he was ""unreachable"". In my opinion this horrible business starts with the management and boils right on down to the poor guy making $8 and hr. \r

So... if you're ever in AC and need a tow .....DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! \r
