Review content:
Dr. Seyward is the best in his field. Very caring, knowlegable and great bedside manners.
The office staff is lousy. Everyone I know who goes to him has problems with communication with the office staff. It needs a complete overhaul. Phone calls and referrals will NOT be done in a timely manner. We are always frustrated. The receptionist looks depressed and acts like she doesn't want to be there.
The location is near Maine General in Augusta. Parking is good.
