I'm looking to purchase flooring which I will install myself. I've been going to the local stores to get prices and talk to salespeople for advice. As soon as I walked in to Trinity, I was asked if I had an appointment. I said I didn't know you had to have one to come in and browse. The salesman gave me his time with a tone of resentment. He took all my contact information after I requested the prices per square foot on a couple of different products. After a week, he still hadn't called.\r
I went to the Home and Garden Show this week and went to the Trinity exhibit. I told the saleswomen there my story and they assured me that I would be contacted this week. Well, that was Wednesday and today is Saturday. Guess what ? No call from anyone.\r
I called their store today and asked for prices over the phone, so I could compare them with 2 other quotes. I was told that they could not give that information over the phone. I told them that this was the last straw regarding my treatment. I WON'T EVER go back to their store again and I advise you to do the same.
Cons: They are not interested in potential customers.
