soil solutions was hired in escrow on my property.. they removed sevral oil tanks from my property..\r
they were paid 27,000 to do so and file with the state.. i couldnt beleave the cost..\r
they showed up 3 weeks later they were booked out a bit.. they brought a excavator out to dig with.. \r
during the digging process they riped out my water and sewer.. the city water meeter was also damaged \r
not verry pro.. when they were done they had dug a trench about 16 in deep and left.. the city inspecter said it wasn't deep enuf i contacted soil and they said that there not fixing it .2 mths later. i had to hand dig the rest of the hole with a hammer.. wile the city inspector said it was to be 24 in down and that soil should be here fixing it..
Pros: they can file with the city
Cons: yes they are cons..
