After searching for a hairstylist on citysearch, I found this one to be the most appealing from reading customer reviews and I'm glad I took the chance on this place. Besides the fact that it's pretty hard to locate if you're not familiar with the area (it's hidden behind Jenny Craig) The parking is free and plentiful. I walked into the chic 'urban' setting and was greeted by the very friendly staff. Rosey (owner/hairstylist) was so excited to get started on my hair when I brought in a picture to show how I wanted. She took a look at my hair and encouraged me to get it and told me that it would turn out great. My hair was freakin' awesome after she got done. Rosey has the skill and is very knowledgeable. If you seriously want the best for your hair, come to Urban Roots! I highly recommended it.
