I am so happy with my new look that anna gave me! I was a first time client, and was nervous about trying something new with my hair. Anna took the time to look through style books with me and discussed options that would work with my needs. I even got a few highlights put in! The place was a hip and fun, and everyone was really friendly! the whole staff made me feel welcome even though i wasnt getting my hair done by them... which is rare. out of all the salons in downey... urban roots is by far the best. Thanks you guys, for making me look and feeel great!
