I took in a pair of new pants to have the inseam shortened. I told rose (the girl who works there) what length I wanted. I was told after Rose printed out the receipt that I also needed to pay to have it dry-cleaned. I told her it was a new pair of pants and that I did not need to have it cleaned (it has never been worn). She told me she would tell the manager and that I would be called the following day. When I didn't get a call I called and was told that the manager was not there. I called the next day and was told the same thing and that it had already been dry-cleaned without my permission but that I wouldn't need to pay for the dry-cleaning. When I went to go pick up my pants I was told that I had to pay for the dry-cleaning and when I checked the pants the inseam was still too long. The wrong length was written on the order tag attached to the inside of my pants even though my receipt very clearly said 30 inches and I even called to tell Rose to make sure that the inseam was shortened to 30 inches. When I went back to the store Rose had just closed and wouldn't open when I knocked on the window. Then I called and she told me to call back and talk to the manager because she is not responsible. It is impossible to reach this ""manager"". I'm not quite sure there is one. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER!!!!
