i went to bestbuy in looks of purchasing a computer and got more than i suspected. on my arrival i was greeted by friendly employees and was very impressed by how good their customer service was. i recieved help in purchasing a computer and they asked questions to figure out exactly what i needed. After i chose my computer i was ready to go home but then they asked me if i had internet service at my home. i thought i had everything under control but i didnt these guys know better what i need than i do. so they suggesed in signing me up for broad band that day and it would save me $100 on my computer so i did it. After that they talked to me about geek squads service plans that offer extra protection to my computer i got a 3 year accidental waranty that assures if anything accidental happens they will fix it for me. in the end i was very happy and will be going back every time i have a need for anything electronic.
