Endurance Automotive is the WORST PLACE TO DO ANY TYPE OF CAR BUSINESS WITH IN THE STEWARTSTOWN AREA. TRUST ME, I SPEAK FROM FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. I purchased a car there, asked for dependability, received a piece of junk. took the car back several times to there so called ""mechanics"" that they advertise as ""experts"" on their website. they said they fixed the problem, which cost me the first time $200, well that didn't work, then the second time they replaced something else in the steering column $124, then problem still not fixed, told by Doug to take it somewhere else (while still under warranty) because he doesn't know what's wrong with the car. Dropped payment off to the drop box, had the payment stolen by a member of their service dept, called a liar by Management about the payments, had them review their security cameras, LOW AND BEHOLD SOMEONE DID STEAL MY PAYMENT! Car costed me $1000 in outside garages to have repaired, and then the Supercharger blows up! Finding out it had been rebuilt twice previously and never fully fixed properly, which Endurance knew when it was traded in! I made a deal to give the car back, they agreed to buy the loan back, and then when i dropped the car back off, i left a very expensive piece of jewelry in the car accidentally, (i took it off to clean the car/wash it before i took it back - why i have no idea, i put the ring in the holder beneath the radio) and i had forgotten. When i had remembered, i called Management several times to get no return call, i emailed and received nothing. so i had my husband stop there and LOW AND BEHOLD THE MANAGER HAD MY RING IN HIS DESK DRAWER AND SAID HE WAS KEEPING IT BECAUSE THE CAR HAD 10,000 MORE MILES ON IT THEN WHEN I BOUGHT IT ALMOST A YEAR AGO. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THAT ENTIRE DEALERSHIP BEING FULL OF THIEVES! Do not buy any cars from them, you will regret it!
