Review content:
I went to Hartigan's to have dinner and a few drinks. I walked in and got service, but was not greeted and didn't feel very welcome. I ordered some drinks and nachos. I could've made these nachos at home and could've done a better job. The nachos consisted of chips.. that were stale, jalapenos, black olives, melted cheese, cheese dip.. from a nacho cheese machine, sour cream, and salsa. The silver ware was plastic and the plates were disposable as well. It was okay for drinking in, but not to have dinner.
Pros: Nice place to meet locals.. if you visit more than three times.
Cons: The nachos were a joke!
