When we decided to remodel our bathroom we ended up getting 5 bids. Denis stood out from the very beginning of the process, being the only one taking the time to send a detailed initial bid and subsequent time to tweak it based on various scenarios and material choices (as opposed to provide broad ranges as most companies do). As we defined the scope of work Denis help us tremendously in thinking about options by highlighting technical pros and cons. As we had a clear budget in mind, Denis also helped us identify optimal ""bang for the buck"" solutions and materials.\r
On site Denis worked hard and meticulously and completed the job within the expected time line (which was already half of what every other company had projected). Each day Denis took time to clean up the site before leaving which was really helpful with a toddler around the house.\r
The final result is an amazing bathroom we thoroughly enjoy. As a home owner with little clue of what truly goes into this type of remodel, I felt Denis provided priceless peace of mind to us from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Denis to anybody and I'm actually looking forward to rehiring him for other projects.
