Have never been humiliated by waitress AND owners like this before! Saw the coupon of it in mail for $15 off $30 per -table for brand opening. and decided to try it out since it is in the neighborhood. Ordered steak and Saba Soba noodle with salmon roe. The Salmon Roe was not fresh, and the beef was not medium rare as we asked. On top of that, the waitress was hash during the whole service, like rushed us to order cos the kitchen is closing, checked out our tea but did not add more for us even she knew we need more, etc. Then we were told the coupon is 15$ certificate for use next time instead of $15 off, and not for the whole table, but for one entree which need to be over $30. However, since it was not written so on the coupon they decide to let us get away from it, and gave us that certificate. By that time, I was already pretty sure that i won't come here again, so I asked to use that certificate this time. They agreed eventually since there is no where on the coupon saying that we cannot use it for the first visit, but the waitress asked to check my ID when I handed over my Credit card on the table. ( I really think this is just a way to try to humiliate me. ) Even worse, the owner came back with the credit card and receipt, and literally throw them back to me and said:"" you got a good bargain tonight"". I really think this is the worst dining out experience I have ever had, and can ever imagine!!!!!
