Their word and customer satisfaction mean nothing! Here's the story: I called them because our toilet was overflowing. They came out and snaked it first, when that didn't work they hydro jetted it. I paid $400 for this and was told they would warranty it for 90 days. Just my luck, about a week after the 90 days was up the toilet overflowed again. This told me that obviously something else was wrong that the hydro jet can not resolve. I should have called a different company but thought maybe I should continue using this one since they were already familiar with our plumbing and might sympathize with me since what they did 3 months ago didn't resolve the problem. So I called to find out what my options were. I was told that the only real solution would be to hydro jet the line again and get a camera in there where everything would be very clear. This process once again was going to cost me $400 but this time it included the camera (not sure why it didn't before, that would have saved me from paying this fee twice). I was hesitant, after all my first $400 went down the drain and now I had to pay it again to finally figure out what was really wrong! Then I was reassured that if there was a repair that needed to be made then the camera/hydro jet process would apply towards my repair costs. I was also told this time they would warranty my work for 1 year as long as there was no reverse grade coming from outside my property. Because of these two comments I decided to go ahead and give them a try again. In the end they DID NOT apply the cost of the camera/hydro jet process to my repair. When asked why I was told it only applied if I had a much bigger repair (I was never told it was conditional), second there was reverse grade from my neighbors place and so now my work is not warrantied at all. Real comforting to know that overall I paid over $1200 for maybe 4 hours of work that they won't back up. By the way I did call the company itself with my concern about the ""diagnostic fee"" not being applied to my repair and while everyone was real nice in the end they did nothing.
