There wasn't an option on here that allowed me to give the company ZERO stars. Which is odd. But for this company, giving them a star is extremely generous. I went in for a quote last weekend and I had to park my car right across the door of the building because there were so many cars in the lot that needed work. As i walked into the building, there was an argument going on that was escalating between two people. Im guessing that it was a customer that wasn't satisfied with their work. I had read the reviews on here but I figured that maybe things change, but they had not. My quote took 2 minutes from a guy that only took one picture of the damage and then immediately wanted my insurance information. I asked for paper work and the guy drew a blank. His phone rang and he had a 5 min long conversation with his ""baby momma"" (as he refferred to her several times) I was just amazed at how rude this was, so I left. As I drove away one the guys ran to my car and tapped the side of it to grab my attention. So i stopped and the guy asked me to come back in, and then offered a discount. So I did. We sat at the guys desk and he kept apoligizing, his phone rang again, and i waited again. When that was done, he wanted to show me some of their previous work that was on the company website. He clicked on the browser and first check his Facebook and Myspace accounts. And that where I just figured these were kids I was with. What a waste of time. I left and got the work done somewhere else. DONT waste your TIME HERE Thanks for providing these reviews Citysearch
