Review content:
When I found the Cliffs Resort I was excited to host my wedding at this venue. However, I became disappointed when I was told the site was not available due to overbooking. This was after 3 weeks of back and forth emails with a hotel staff who told me the site was available when we first contacted the hotel. I was working toward finalizing the process but then I was told it was not available. This was very hard since we thought we had a place so we stopped searching for other venues. I just didn't understand why this was not caught in the beginning so that I could have located another venue. I lost a month's time and this was a very stressful and unpleasant wedding planning process for me with this hotel.
