Review content:
I lived at Brookwood for 2 years. When we moved in the rugs were old, dirty and they promised to replace them but never did. My car was broken into, management was in my apartment without notice and the worst part is trying to get your security back. I currently have a small claims court case pending against them. They are trying to charge me for damage that existed when we moved in. Once you leave your old apartment and have all of your belongings in a truck they refuse to mark down existing damage during the walk through. They know at this point you have no where else to go and tell you they will not charge you for existing damage. When you leave they try to keep your security. A few of my friends left before me and did not get back the majority of their security because they could not be bothered going to court. Stay away from Brookwood.\r \r Troy
