Review content:
Fresh and exciting food, service, decor. We go once a month! Large portions... you NEVER leave hungry. Down to earth owners and service staff. They make you feel good about eating there and truly appreciate your biz. Decor is warm, hip and cozy... patrons range from the high school hip to the 70+. Jeans & flannel... to theatre going fancy duds.
Prices are reasonable. Pennies when you figure the food is exceptional and you get large portions. Specials run around $16.
Great specials... lots of local foods and seafoods, lamb, roasts, chicken. Nothing is fried. Live music on Friday's and Sat's. Nice... not too loud, always something interesting and different. The UC is great for the tummy, the eyes, the soul and spirit, and the ears. Tummy Candy, Eye Candy, Soul Candy! The UC is a MUST if you live or visit in the Columbia Pacific region.
Cons: Not open 7 days a wk.
