They were absolutely 100% snobby and rude. I came to them with my specific idea for my centerpiece for my wedding. They told me that they should not listen to what I want because ""they are the experts"" I should just ""go with what"" they say. They were also unwilling to create any prototype prior to making a contract. They put down my idea in low terms that I don't want to mention here. They assumed and talked to me as if I was below them. They assumed I was of a certain nationality and therefore would have that nationality's type of wedding. They didn't ask me questions about what kind of ceremony we were planning. They were very ignorant and arrogant just because they provide florals for 5 star hotels. They didn't have much to show me. Without discussing my needs, they asked for my budget. I did not give my budget because it shouldn't matter to them. They should just tell me what the pricing is for what I'm looking for. They laughed and said that they will have a hard time giving me a price without having my budget. I think they are a poor company with TERRIBLE customer service. I don't care how nice their flowers may be.
