Review content:
This place is a gem located in the valley. Eating at Itzik Hagadol delivers an amazing middle eastern eating experience. Their meats are tender and delicious: I recommend ordering their house kabob (a delicious blend of lamb and veal). But the pinnacle is their variety of 20 different salads, which includes one of the best falafels I have had. Even better, all salads have free unlimited refills.
There is no questioning the authenticity of the food and the dining experience. One interesting fact, there are two locations of Itzik Hagadol: one in Encino....the other in Israel.
Pros: high quality meats, ecclectic salad dishes
Cons: noisy atmosphere, can get pricey
