""Residents Last"" should be their motto. Beware: Towing enforcement is extremely selective. It increases during the holidays and on Fridays so the tow company can 'steal' the maxium amount of money from the residents in storage fees. My car has towed without cause or violation. Promises made by management of upgrades to apts has not been done. Outlets don't work. Cable lines and phone jacks in my unit has not worked and has not been fixed. I called the cable company for service installation. There technician informed me that the building cable line is dead and needs to be replaced. I told the lease agent and was told that 'if I want cable or the phone line replaced I would have to pay for it myself'. Hello, I'm only renting NOT buying the place. So, I can only watch TV in my bedroom and have a land line in the kitchen and bedroom. Oh, and no computer connection. Pray for WI-FI service. Management said there would be apt upgrades. I'm still waiting for my accent wall, kitchen improvements, and carpet cleaning. My lease is up soon and I'll be able to put this experience behind me. Counting Down to FRFEEDOM. Cons: Management
