This is a reply to Holly Moores review. She was treated very nicely on the phone. When she sent the guy in he was given a choice of two costumes. He picked the one he took home, not us. Holly called back saying she would take this up with the owners son, which she knew from high school. She was very rude and futhermore the owners son has nothing to do with this business, nor does he even work here. When she returned the costume after keepin it the whole weekend it had been worn. I told her I was sorry and that's why we encourage people to come in themself.\r
Nothing that she said was the facts. We have been here for 25 years and always try to keep our customes happy. We also have signs posted saying NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Our receipts and rental forms say ALL SALES FINAL. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you with all your costume and magic needs. Thank You
