OVER PRICED, RIP OFF ARTISTS.....When I went to get my computer back because I was not paying 350.00 to fix it. They withheld it and demanded payment for their time. I specifically asked when dropping it off that they only tell me what is wrong with it and not do anything that would cost me money. I reminded the lady this when picking up and she began to verbally attack me that I expected them to work for free. NO I DIDN'T THAT IS WHY I TOLD THEM NOT TO WORK ON IT UNTIL I KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG AND THE COST. ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT FIXED SHE WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE FREE CONSULTATION.
She continued to call me names and yell at me as SHE PUSHED the laptop into my chest and told me to have a nice life and not to come back. Still yelling as I walked ou of the door.
